Once you have decided to make a Whipple Tree Labradoodle part of your family you
will need to do the following:

1. Once you have decided to make a Whipple Tree Labradoodle part of your family, the first step is to contact us either by email at info@whippletreelabradoodles.com or by telephone at 403-863-8927.  We will be happy to answer all of your questions and take the opportunity to get to know exactly what you are looking for in your Labradoodle puppy.

2. After we have answered all of your questions we will then ask you to complete and submit a Puppy Application Form so we have a written record of all your contact information.  Then when you are ready to proceed with reserving a puppy, we will ask you to send us a deposit to hold your reservation.

3. We ask for a deposit of $500.00 to reserve a spot in the litter you have decided to purchase a puppy from.The total purchase price for a companion labradoodle is Twenty-Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars Canadian inclusive of GST. If you decide not to purchase your Whipple Tree Labradoodle Twelve (12) weeks prior to the birth of your puppy, you will receive a refund of Two Hundred and Fifty ($250.00) Dollars Canadian from your initial deposit. For all other cancellations, there will be no return of your deposit. At the time of your puppy’s birth, we will require a further deposit of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Canadian and when your puppy reaches six (6) weeks of age, we will require a further payment of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Canadian.

4. Your puppy will be de-sexed prior to you taking him home at 8 weeks unless you are purchasing a puppy for breeding purposes. Please be advised that under no circumstances will any puppy be released prior to 8 weeks of age. You and your new puppy will both benefit greatly from him having adequate time to become properly socialized with his mother and litter mates and recover from de-sexing prior to being sent home with you. This amount of time also allows us to have your puppy well on his way to being housebroken, thus making your initial training of him much easier.

5. Before coming home with you, your puppy will have had a complete veterinary exam as well as his first shots and de-worming. We will send his health records home with you.

6. Your puppy will also have been tattooed. This is to help protect your puppy and the Labradoodle breed and will serve to be able to permanently identify your puppy in case he is ever lost or stolen. 

7.  We will also you with a booklet of training dos and don’ts for the first few weeks with your new puppy. A full Pedigree and registration papers will also be provided to you along with your puppy’s health records and certificate of spaying or neutering. Your puppy will be well on his way to being house trained and will have had the benefit of full socialization.  Through our Whipple Wares operation, we are able to offer you all the necessities for your new puppy at a reduced cost from regular pet stores.  Please click on the Whipple Wares tab on our home page to access the full listing of products we offer.  We also are able to provide you with a complete puppy starter kit at a cost of $400.00.  Please ask us for details.

8. You will also receive a copy of the signed purchase contract that includes our 2 year and 6 month health guarantee.  It will also indicate conditions of sale and all other important information that applies to your puppy.

9. Please be open to either a male or a female Labradoodle in any colour.   Our puppies are de-sexed before they are 8 weeks of age therefore there really is little, if any, difference in temperament between male and female. There will not have been enough time for the puppies to develop gender specific traits. Being open to either gender and colour will shorten your wait for a puppy.

10. We are proud to be a Gold Paw breeder – the highest designation of breeder possible within the International Australian Labradoodle Association’s standards. All of our breeding stock are from lines that have had DNA, hip, elbow, eye, thyroid and CBC testing done. We are dedicated to doing everything possible to ensure that our puppies are free from any genetic defects to ensure a long, happy, and healthy life as your loving companion dog.

11. We will ship to anywhere in Canada and the US. We only ship using dog friendly airlines and do everything to ensure that the trip for your puppy is comfortable. Shipping costs are additional to the purchase price of your puppy. Your puppy will arrive well rested and come out of his crate anxious to meet his new family.
